Advance Ticket Agreement - Cleveland Sport, Travel & Outdoor Show

We, the undersigned Organization, wish to participate in the selling of Cleveland Sport, Travel & Outdoor Show Advance Tickets. It is our understanding that:

  • The undersigned organization must purchase a minimum of 100 tickets at the rate of $6.50 per ticket allowing the sponsorship organization to gain a $1.00 commission for every ticket sold.
  • Sale of Advance Tickets ends at the close of the day March 14, 2003. 1 Adult Ticket admits 1 Adult or 2 Children 6-12.
  • The regular General Admission price is $9.50. The Advance Ticket will be sold for $7.50, a savings of $2.00 to the purchaser.
  • We, thee undersigned Organization, are entitled to a $1.00 per ticket handling fee/commission.
  • The net amount of $5.50 per ticket sold and any unsold tickets shall be returned in person or by insured mail in order to be received by the Show no later than March 14, 2003. Any tickets not received back by this date shall be presumed to be sold and the undersigned Organization shall be financially responsible for the payment of the same.
  • Free Tickets - The Organization will earn 1 free ticket for each fifteen (15) advance Tickets Sold.
