"And thou shalt
love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all
thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine
heart: and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of
them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and
when thou liest down and when thou risest up"
Dueteronomy 6: 5-7
This group is a ministry of Grace Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. We are open to all
who share our vision of home education and who love our Lord, Jesus Christ.
The purposes of this group are
to :
1. Provide encouragement,
assistance, fellowship and education for those members who educate their
children at home with the goal of instilling in the hearts of their children the
fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom.
2.Provide various
educational, social and ministry opportunities for children of member
families.
3. Provide an awareness of available resources.
4.
Provide current information on home education and other family concerns.
5. Provide guidance to prospective home educating parents.
Families that desire membership
in the group should:
1.
Complete an application for membership
2. Support the doctrinal statement
of Grace C&MA
3. Agree not to proselytize any group member to your
denomination.
4. Support the purposes of the group.
5. Be willing
to plan an activity during the year.
