The Facility

Home of the Detroit Pistons, the Palace of Auburn Hills is Michigan's finest arena and show facility. Exhibitors love its safe, suburban locasion, convenient shopping and nearby hotels that offer special reduced rates and shuttle service to the Palace. The Palace has over 15,000 parking spaces on-site!

Installation/Dismantling

Set-up and tear-down are a snap! The Palace provides manpower, forklifts and four-wheel carts all at no charge! Installation is Thursday, February 21 from 6:00 am to 12:00 noon and dismantling is Sunday, February 24th from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Talk about quick and efficient!

Exhibit Rates

Standard Exhibit Space: $675.00 for 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.); $650.00 for 10' x 8' (80 sq. ft.); $625.00 for 10' x 6' (60 sq. ft.)
Tackle Manufacturers/Reps: $595.00
Retailers requiring 400 sq. ft. or more: call 216-529-1300
Corner Locations: $100.00 additional
Electric Connection: You may add the cost of your electric connection to your Exhibit Contract. Up to 2,000 watts = $40.00; Up to 3,000 watts = $50.00 *Deadline for electric orders is December 15, 2001.
Payment Terms: 50% due with and upon signing Exhibit Contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before December 15, 2001.

Purchase of Space Includes:

One (1) Parking Permit per Company, free assistance for loading/unloading (if needed), free crate storage/pick-up/delivery, standard booth set-up consisting of 8' high drape the entire width of the booth backwall and 33" high draped side rail; 24-hour security, continuous janitorial service of main aisles, general heat and lighting, Worker Passes/Credentials.

Exhibitor Services

Show Decorator and Audio Visual Companies offer their services during entire Run-of-Show. Show Management has sources who offer these services: Photography, Landscaping and Signs. The show also features an Exhibitor Lounge with excellent lunch and dinner menus.

The Palace of Auburn Hills located off of Interstate 75 on Lapeer Road (approx. 25 miles North of Detroit).
