The Facility
Located on the edge of downtown Columbus at 300 West Broad Street, Veterans Memorial is adjacent to all highway arteries (70,71 and 270.) Over 110,000 square feet of exhibit space, nearly all space is pillar/column free. Plenty of safe, inexpensive parking.
Installation and Dismantling
Set-up and tear-down are easy and hassle free! Free assistance for loading and unloading. Plenty of loading docks, ramps and doors for easy access
Exhibit Space Rates
$495.00 for 10'x10' (100sq.ft.) Corner Locations: $100.00 additional.Bulk Rates: For Boat, RV, and Auto/Truck Dealers: 400 - 900 sq. ft. = $3.25 per sq. ft.
Electric Connection: Up to 600 watts = $30.00
Up to 1000 watts = $ 40.00
Parking Permit: $8.00 valid all four days
Payment Terms: 50% due with and upon signing exhibit contract with remaining 50% balance due by December 15, 1997
*Deadline for electric orders is December 15,1998
Purchase of Space Includes:
Standard booth set-up consisting of eight-foot high drape entire width of booth backwall and 33" side-rail drapes on each side wall of exhibit; 24-hour security, continuous janitorial service of main aisles, general heat and lighting, worker passes/credentials. Free literature delivery any day from literature storage area.
