Exhibitor Rates

Standard Exhibit Space rates:

10 x 10 ($795.00).
10 x 8  ($695.00)

Corner Locations are $100.00 Additional

Bulk Rates:

Large items such as RV's, Boats, Trucks, ATV's, etc. qualify for “Bulk Exhibit” Rates. Rates are as follows: 400-799 square feet - $4.60 per sq. ft.; 800 sq. ft. and over - 2.80 sq. ft. Included at no charge is spotting/washing of units, hitching/unhitching of units.

Payment Terms:

50% due with and upon signing of Exhibit Contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before January 15, 2003.

Purchase of Space Includes:

Drive In Pass/Escort Fee - Installation and Dismantling allows an Exhibitor to drive one(1) vehicle(car, station wagon, standard pickup truck or regular van only) directly to his/her booth location at no extra charge. Complimentary daily shuttle cart service from Exhibitor entrance into the Show. Standard booth set-up consisting of 8' high drape the entire width of booth backwall and 33" high draped side rail; 24-hour security, continuous janitorial service of main aisles, general heat and lighting, Worker Passes/Credentials, Free literature delivery any day from literature storage area.

Just add these items to the cost of your booth contract to cut down on the paperwork. We'll take care of everything!

Electric: 600 watt/5-amp outlet = $83.35*
              1200 watt/10-amp outlet = $107.65*
Parking Permits: $63.00 *for a nine-day permit, unlimited in/out access, fully transferable.
Furniture Package Plan: $190.00 *includes one (1)8' long, 42" high counter, skirted in gold, blue, gray, red, white or green (colors must be specified), two (2) stools, one (1) 10' x 10' carpet (installed) in blue, red, brown, gray or black. Exhibitors with multiple booths may order as many packages as necessary.

Exhibitor Service Kit

Important - Not included in Space Purchase

Unloading of any trailer, cube, van, step van, truck or modified pickup truck must be unloaded by I-X Center labor at the prevailing rates (currently $52.00 per hour).

Freight charges of any kind are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. You must pay at the service desk before any Exhibit material will be delivered to your booth. The I-X Center will not receive any U.S. Mail or parcel post packages. The I-X Center will receive UPS and Common Carrier Truck line shipments at the loading dock at rates set forth in the I-X Services manual.

Installation/Dismantling:

Move-in and move-out are easy! Drive your vehicle directly to your booth! Exhibitors that use a car, station wagon, regular van or regular pickup truck can drive directly to their booth and unload free of charge (one free permit for one vehicle drive-in and one free permit for one vehicle drive-out). Exhibitors using a truck, step van/cube van or trailer(of any kind) must use I-X Center labor to unload/load.
