The Market

The Greater Cleveland DMA (Designated Market Area) is 3.7 million people strong! The Northern Ohio economy is very strong and the City of Cleveland is enjoying a true turnaround - a real renaissance! No longer "the mistake on the Lake"!

The Facility

The I-X Center features a safe, suburban location with over 15,000 on-site parking spaces! Located next to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and linked by every major highway system and the Ohio Turnpike, the I-X Center draws attendees from all of Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia.

Installation/Dismantling

Move-in and move-out are easy! Drive your vehicle directly to your booth! Exhibitors that use a car, station wagon, regular van or regular pickup truck can drive directly to their booth and unload free of charge (one free permit for one vehicle drive-in and one free permit for one vehicle drive-out). Exhibitors using a truck, step van/cube van or trailer(of any kind) must use I-X Center labor to load/unload.

1. Expositions, Inc. picks up the cost of receiving the first 1,500 lbs. of your "palletized" literature shipped in via common carrier/truck line at the I-X Center loading dock. Literature boxes must be marked "Travel Literature - One Way Rate".

2. Expositions, Inc. will now "package" any/all extra services you require such as decorating items, electric connection, phone connection, parking permits, etc. IMAGINE THAT! You write only one check instead of three! And we don't even mark up the price -- our commitment to a higher level of Customer Service.

3. Hospitality Lounge on both weekends at the Clarion Hotel featuring complimentary hot snacks and beverages(Exhibitors that are Harley Hotel Guests only).

4. Complimentary restocking of literature from literature storage to your booth free of charge -- just let the Show Information Booth know when you are running low.

5. Show Information Booth has free "stuff" like photocopying, faxing, local phone calls, carpet tape, windex, pens, pencils, nuts/bolts.

Headquarters Hotel

The Clarion Hotel located on Bagley Road at I-71 in Middleburg Heights will again serve as the "Headquarters Hotel". The rooms are freshly appointed with new furnishings, carpet and yes, the bathrooms are modern and extra clean! Extended restaurant hours, beautiful pool, late room service and shuttle service to the I-X Center. "Hospitality Lounge" on both weekends too(for the Clarion Hotel Guests only).
